8News gets sneak peek at CarMax Tacky Light Run coming to RVA this weekend

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- 8News got a visit from two special guests on Wednesday to talk about the upcoming CarMax Tacky Light Run happening this weekend.

8News anchors Autumn Childress and Madison Moore were joined by Nan Callahan, PR and Communications Manager at Sports Backers, and Leslie Parpart, Assistant Vice President of CarMax Community and Inclusion, about what people can expect.

"We just decided to give you the best view possible, and have that be on foot," Callahan said. "And luckily we've been working with CarMax for all 13 years... We're just so lucky, it's a really fun event"

The run will take place on Saturday, Dec. 13, starting at 6 p.m. and will travel through Midlothian’s Walton Park in Chesterfield County, giving runners and supporters a chance to see a plethora of festive decorations.
