Barn destroyed, sheds damaged by large fire in Chesterfield
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A barn was destroyed and several sheds were significantly damaged by a large fire in Chesterfield County Friday night.
At about 8:30 p.m. on Friday, June 13, firefighters with Chesterfield County Fire and EMS were called to the 23700 block of Pear Orchard Road for report of a structure fire.
When they arrived, firefighters found a barn on fire, with the flames having spread to multiple sheds nearby.

Crews spent about an hour battling the blaze. While no one was hurt, the barn was a total loss and at least two sheds were significantly damaged by fire, according to officials.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation. No additional information is available as of the time of reporting.
