Chesterfield Applebee’s employee spat on by customer
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Police are searching for a man accused of spitting on an employee at a Chesterfield County Applebee's in late April.
On April 24, there was an altercation in the Applebee's at 2611 W. Hundred Road involving an employee and a customer, according to the Chesterfield County Police Department.
The suspect reportedly spat on the employee, then left the restaurant. He was then seen walking towards a nearby McDonald's.

Police are trying to identify the suspect, who is pictured above on surveillance footage.
