Hanover County to host blood drive in April

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Hanover County is hosting a local blood drive in partnership with the American Red Cross in early April.
The blood drive will take place at Hanover Tavern, located at 1318 Hanover Courthouse Road on Wednesday, April 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
People are urged to stop by and give blood, especially following the blood shortage faced by the Richmond Division of the American Red Cross earlier this year.
