RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The 36th annual 2nd Street Festival was held in Richmond over the weekend with live music, food vendors and more. The 36th annual 2nd Street Festival was held in Richmond's Jackson Ward neighborhood on Saturday, Oct. 5 and Sunday, Oct. 6, and featured a large selection of music acts, which included Desiree Roots and the Grammy-award-winning group Arrested Development. The event also included food vendors, a marketplace and an artisan row for attendees to purchase from and enjoy.
