PHOTOS: Richmond firefighters cut puppy free from tire
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Richmond firefighters helped Richmond Animal Care and Control (RACC) save a puppy whose head got stuck in a tire on Thursday.
On Thursday, May 29, a male puppy was found with his head stuck in the center of a tire rim.
"Just when we think we've seen it all ... we find something new," RACC said in a Facebook post.

RACC officers enlisted the talents of the Richmond Fire Department, who were able to cut the puppy free from the tire.
Waffle House is coming to Emporia
Thankfully, the puppy was unhurt.

"We named him Michelin Manny," RACC said.
The shelter thanked the Richmond Fire Department for helping to ensure this positive outcome.
