Section of Evergreen Road to close in Henrico for utility work

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A section of Evergreen Road is set to close starting Friday for utility work.
The portion of Evergreen Road between Nine Mile Road and Stony Run Parkway will be closed from 9 a.m. on Friday, July 25 until 6 a.m. on Monday, July 28, according to the Henrico County Public Works and Public Utilities departments.

Drivers are urged to use the detour pictured above, which uses Nine Mile Road, North 31st Street, P Street, Oakwood Avenue, Stony Run Parkway and East Richmond Road.
