Virginia DCR hosting public information meeting on High Bridge Trail master plan

PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) will host a public information meeting in Farmville to discuss the master plan that will determine the future of High Bridge Trail State Park. According to Virginia DCR, the park's master plan will identify the park's "natural, cultural and physical resources" and identify the park's needs. The department writes master plans for all Virginia State Parks in accordance with the Code of Virginia. The meeting will take place at the Farmville Town Council Meeting Room located at 116 North Main Street in Farmville at 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 21.
