RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Heavy smoke was seen coming from a building fire in Richmond's Shockoe Bottom neighborhood Wednesday afternoon.
According to Capitol Police, as of 1:02 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, there is a building fire near 1700 E. Main Street. People are being asked to avoid the area.
