RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- In this special episode of 8News Reel Talk, digital producers Tannock Blair and Julia Broberg were joined by Lisa Giles with the Richmond Film Network to discuss the upcoming Indie Fest.
Giles talked about the thriving community of independent filmmakers in Richmond and Virginia, outlining some of the creative opportunities on offer. She also shared her experience in organizing Richmond's involvement in the 48 Hours Film Project and Indie Fest -- with the next event happening on Saturday, May 17.
