PRINCE GEORGE, Va. (WRIC) -- All lanes were closed on a section of Interstate 95 North in Prince George County due to a tractor-trailer crash early Sunday morning. At around 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3, the Virginia Department of Transportation reported that all lanes were closed on I-95 North near South Crater Road in Prince George County due to a tractor-trailer crash.
