Beauty and the Beast coming to Richmond’s Altria Theater

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A "tale as old as time" is coming to Richmond in early 2026.
It's been over 25 years since a North American touring production brought Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" musical to theaters across the United States, according to Broadway in Richmond.
The River City will get a chance to see Broadway's take on this beloved 1991 Disney film at the Altria Theater between Tuesday, March 3, 2026 and Sunday, March 8, 2026.

Tickets for this eight-show run can be purchased starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 26. You can purchase them online, by calling 800-514-3849 or by visiting the Altria Theater Box Office during its operating hours, which are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays.
