Central Virginia EMS Education Expo returns to Henrico for 16th year
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Central Virginia EMS Education Expo has returned to Henrico County for its three-day event for the 16th year, drawing providers of all levels from across Virginia.
The expo will run from Friday, Feb. 27, through Sunday, March 1, at the Regency Square Mall, located at 1420 N. Parham Road, featuring classes led by subject matter experts from across the U.S.
Organizers said the goal is to provide "critical, timely, and cutting-edge education and tools in the field of emergency care."
The event, which is a partnership between Chesterfield Fire & EMS, the Henrico Division of Fire and Bon Secours, offers a wide range of topics.
EMS professionals can also choose from more than 100 courses to strengthen their professional growth, skills and readiness to "improve patient care and service to their local community," per organizers.
