Chesterfield Police investigate single-vehicle crash near Woodlake Village Parkway
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Chesterfield County Police Department is investigating a single-vehicle crash that occurred early morning Thursday near Woodlake Village Parkway. According to Chesterfield Police, shortly after 2 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, officers heard what sounded like a crash nearby. Officers then searched the area and located a vehicle that crashed into a tree near Woodlake Village Parkway, located east of West Branch Road. Police said there was a man inside of the vehicle. He was taken to a local hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries. The investigation into the crash is ongoing, according to Chesterfield Police.
