CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A damaged water main is causing emergency lane closures on westbound Hull Street in Chesterfield County Friday morning. According to Chesterfield County, the lane closures are near the Route 288 ramp. The Route 288 exit ramp to westbound Route 360 is also closed.
