Disabled vehicle on I-95 in Hanover causes delays

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A disabled vehicle is causing delays on Interstate 95 northbound in Hanover County on Thursday.

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) first reported the crash at around 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 24, on I-95 northbound near mile marker 91 near Route 53 in the town of Ashland.

As of 8:40 a.m., the northbound left lane is closed and the north left shoulder is closed.
