Two people fighting for life after double shooting in Henrico

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A Friday night double shooting in Henrico County has left two people fighting for their lives. At about 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, officers with the Henrico County Police Division were called to the 3600 block of Mechanicsville Turnpike, near the Hanover County line, for report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found two adults with gunshot wounds. The victims were taken to a local hospital for treatment. According to police, both of them have life-threatening injuries.
