Gunshot believed to have been fired from inside vehicle during domestic dispute, police investigating

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Chesterfield County Police Department is investigating after a gunshot was believed to have been fired from the inside of a vehicle during a domestic dispute late on Halloween night.

Officers said the incident happened at around 11 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, in the area of Hull Street Road West and Commonwealth Center Parkway.

A domestic dispute was ongoing inside a vehicle traveling westbound on Hull Street Road, with police believing a gunshot was fired from inside the vehicle Friday evening.

The vehicle has been described by police as a 2008 blue BMW 4-door sedan. There are no reported injuries as of the time of reporting.
