Henrico Board of Supervisors elects new chair, vice chair
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Henrico County Board of Supervisors elected its new chair and vice chair on Tuesday.
The board elected both by unanimous votes, selecting Roscoe D. Cooper, III and Misty D. Roundtree as chair and vice chair, respectively.
“As the first person in the history of Henrico County to be elected both chairman of the School Board and the Board of Supervisors, it comes as no surprise that continued investment in our school system is amongst my top priorities for the coming year,” Cooper said.

This is Roundtree's first term as the board's vice chair, while also serving on several other local commissions and boards, including the Henrico Doctor’s Hospital Board of Trustees.
