House catches fire on Afton Avenue in Richmond’s Southside
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A house caught fire in Richmond's Southside Tuesday morning.
According to the Richmond Fire Department, a caller reported a house fire within the 2500 block of Afton Avenue at around 5 a.m. on Tuesday, March 25.
Firefighters then responded to the scene to find a house with no one inside, after which officials said the fire was marked under control at 5:48 a.m.
There were no injuries, according to officials.
