John Marshall High School achieves 100% graduation rate, Kamras dyes hair blue

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- John Marshall High School achieved a 100% graduation rate this year, prompting Richmond Public Schools' Superintendent Jason Kamras to fulfill a promise he made of dyeing his hair blue.
RPS announced on Thursday, May 29, that 100% of the students at John Marshall High School graduated this year.

Kamras then revealed on his Instagram page he made a promise to Principal Murray that he would color his hair blue if a 100% graduation rate was achieved.
