Man with life-threatening injuries after early morning shooting in Richmond
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A man has life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Richmond early Thursday morning.
According to the Richmond Police Department, on Thursday, March 26, at around 1:47 a.m., police received a call for a reported person shot in the 2300 block of Venable Street in Richmond.
When officers arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound, after which he was later taken to a nearby hospital, where police said his injuries are considered to be "life-threatening at this time."
