Join Henrico County for Juneteenth Celebration 2025
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Henrico County is inviting you to Dorey Park to continue Juneteenth celebrations on Saturday afternoon.
The free Juneteenth Celebration 2025 event will be held from 4 to 10 p.m., on Saturday, June 21, and will feature 160 vendors, a kids' zone, food options and entertainment on two stages.
The community stage will feature local talent like DJ Amare and Sparklz Cheer and Danz. The main stage will offer Go-Go music.
A full line up of performers and a vendor list can be found on the Henrico County government website.
The night will wrap with a fireworks finale at 9:45 p.m. You're encouraged to be inside the park by 9:30 p.m. to watch.

Henrico leaders tell 8News the event brings the community together.
"One thing with Henrico — we try to unify our entire county," Julian Charity, division director of history, heritage and natural resources, told 8News. "So, it's not an east versus west type idea. We want everybody to come and enjoy, and we're inviting everyone. It doesn't matter what your cultural background is, freedom is something that speaks to every culture."
Saturday's event and parking are free and open to the public.
