Man hospitalized after burn barrel incident in Chesterfield
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va (WRIC) -- One man is being hospitalized after an incident involving a burn barrel occurred in the 3400 block of South Street.
According to Chesterfield Fire and EMS, on Saturday June 7 at 4:10 p.m., Chesterfield county Fire and EMS received a call in the 3400 block of South Street.
When crews arrived, they found a man suffering from serious burns after using a burn barrel. He was later taken to VCU Medical Center for treatment.
The injuries are non life-threatening--the incident is still under investigation.
