Missing 75-year-old man with cognitive impairment last seen in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The Richmond Police Department is looking for a missing 75-year-old man whose disappearance poses a threat to his health and safety.
At 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1, Virginia State Police issued a senior alert on behalf of the Richmond Police Department, which is looking for 75-year-old Jerome Edward Manogue.
According to officials, Manogue was last seen leaving on foot in the 5800 block of Mast Drive at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Manogue is described by authorities as a white man standing 5 feet and 11 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds. He has blue eyes and white hair.
It is unknown as of the time of reporting what clothes Manogue was wearing.
According to state police, Manogue suffers from a cognitive impairment and his disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
