Multi-vehicle crash caused delays on I-95 in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 caused delays for Richmond drivers Sunday afternoon.
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) first reported the crash just before 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, June 1, and was located on I-95 northbound, near the I-64 east exit.
As a result, the north left shoulder, left lane and center lane were closed.
As of 3 p.m. Sunday, all lanes are open and the scene is clear, according to VDOT.
Drivers were encouraged to seek alternative routes.
