Multiple vehicles hit by gunfire after late-night park shooting
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Multiple vehicles were hit by gunfire after a late-night shooting at a Chesterfield County park on Saturday.
Just after 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, Chesterfield County Police responded to a reported shooting at Harry G. Daniels Park, located in the 6600 block of Whitepine Road.
When officers arrived, they found a large crowd at the park after hours.
Police said there were multiple vehicles at the scene that were hit by gunfire.
"At this time, no victims have been located, and no suspects have been identified," police said.
Officials continue to investigate the incident.
