Native plant festival, tree giveaway taking place at Dorey Park in Henrico

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A festival to celebrate the central Virginia region's native plants is taking place at Dorey Park in eastern Henrico County on Saturday, Oct. 19.
The festival, which will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., will feature food, over a dozen plant vendors selling native plants and a tree giveaway sponsored by the Virginia Department of Forestry.
