New Sheetz location opens in Chesterfield

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Chesterfield County's newest Sheetz convenience store is set to open tomorrow with a grand opening celebration.

The brand new Sheetz, located at 9400 Courthouse Landing Drive, will open to the public at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, May 28, welcoming guests with a free self-service coffee or soda for the big opening day.

According to the convenience store, the grand opening activities will kick off at 9 a.m. outside the store, featuring various giveaways, including a grand prize where guests have the chance to receive a year's worth of free Sheetz. At 10:45 a.m., the ribbon-cutting ceremony will begin, followed by other special promotions throughout the day.

In addition, Sheetz will donate $2,500 each to Feed More and Special Olympics of Virginia as a part of the celebration.
