Party City closing Broad Street location, Midlothian spot remains open

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- When the Party City corporation announced it was closing, franchisee Steve Fram tried to get the word out that his two stores were still open. But he says not enough people heard, and now one of his two stores -- the Broad Street location -- is shutting down.

Monday, June 30, will be the last day of business for the Party City located at 9130 West Broad Street.
The Midlothian location -- at 12741 Stone Village Way -- remains open, with no plans to close, according to Fram, who spoke with 8News over the phone on Tuesday.
