RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Richmond Animal Care and Control (RACC) partnered with a local contractor to free a deer stuck in a fence on Veterans Day. On Monday, Nov. 11, a buck was found trapped in a fence in the city of Richmond. According to RACC, it called upon Ty's Hauling & Paving for this rescue, which used its equipment to free the deer. "He walked away (slowly) into the woods afterwards with a great story to tell his friends," RACC wrote on Facebook.
