PHOTOS: Valentine’s Day Market celebrates love, community at Bingo Beer Co.

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Love was in the air this weekend at the Valentine's Day Market.
Bingo Beer Co. on Saturday, Feb. 14, held the market and invited patrons to join in the fun. Between noon and 5 p.m., community members had the opportunity to explore a diverse lineup of products from local artists and small businesses.
The market featured handmade home decorations, art, jewelry, apparel and more. Owner Susie Min with AVIECOVELX was one of the local artisans attending the market on the day celebrating love.

"I love love, so I've been in a happy spirit all day today," Min said.
With beer, cocktails, games and local makers and artisans, the family-friendly market also fostered a sense of community. Min said the event brought exposure to local businesses and allowed community members to get to know them better.

"It's a lot busier than I thought it was going to be," Min said. "A lot of people here buy gifts for their loved ones. I think it's an awesome event."
