Plans pending for new medical center in Midlothian
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A proposed application to build a new medical center in Midlothian is in early review stages, according to the county.
The Watkins Land LLC has filed an application for a proposed development to build a new 110,400 square feet Watkins Medical Center at 15200 East West Road, located off the Midlothian Turnpike.
The proposed center will consist of two 55,200 square feet medical buildings to make one center.
As of Feb. 6, the Chesterfield County website shows that a request for approval is in review.
