Richmond Animal Care and Control lowers adoption fees for Halloween weekend
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Looking to give a home to a new furry friend? Richmond Animal Care and Control (RACC) has lowered its adoption fees for Halloween weekend. According to RACC, fees are reduced to $31 for Thursday, Oct. 31 through Sunday, Nov. 3. The shelter --located at 1600 Chamberlayne Avenue in Richmond -- is open from noon to 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday and from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
