Richmond Animal League hosts Tattoos and Toe Beans to benefit shelter

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- In collaboration with True Tattoo, Richmond Animal League hosted "Tattoos and Toe Beans" on Wednesday, where attendees got inked for a good cause.

The event was held on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at Richmond Animal League. Folks received dog and cat-themed flash tattoos on an appointment basis.

According to organizers, proceeds from every tattoo helped to provide care and find homes for Richmond Animal League's shelter animals.

In addition to fresh ink, attendees met some of the shelter's adoptable pets.
