Richmond’s East Franklin Street to close for crane installation

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The City of Richmond's Department of Public Works is closing a section of East Franklin Street on Saturday.
From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 14, East Franklin Street will be closed between North 4th Street and East Grace Street.
According to DPW, the closure is due to a crane installation on top of a building. As a result, some travel lanes will be temporarily closed during the construction process.
