Solaire Rooftop restaurant in Richmond to have ‘soft opening’ this weekend

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A new rooftop restaurant in Richmond that offers a variety of crafted cocktails and food items will have a weekend "soft opening."

Solaire Rooftop, located at 700 E. Main St. in Richmond, will have a soft opening from noon to 11 p.m. on Saturday, May 24 and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 25.

According to the restaurant's website, Solaire Rooftop's drink menu includes signature cocktails, frozen cocktails, smoothies, coffee and more.

Food offered at Solaire Rooftop includes a charcuterie and cheese board, tater tots, truffle fries, a spicy mango shrimp cocktail and more.

The restaurant will also be open from 4 to 11 p.m. on Friday, May 23.
