Three charged following traffic stop in Caroline County
CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Three people have been arrested and charged following a traffic stop in Caroline County in late February.
On Feb. 27, narcotics investigators with the Caroline County Sheriff's Office stopped a vehicle on Ruther Glen Road for speeding. Officials allegedly found "several violations," leading to the arrest of three people.
Twenty-seven-year-old Rachel Leann Derosa of Caroline County was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine. She is being held under a $2,500 unsecured bond.
Corey Deshawn Sellers, 32, of Prince William County, was charged for possession of ammunition by a convicted felon. He is being held on a $2,000 secured bond.
Forty-nine-year-old Richard Corey Sellers of Caroline County was charged with driving with a revoked license, third offense of driving under the influence (DUI), open container and speeding. Officials said he is being held on a $1,000 secured bond.
