Three suspects allegedly steal over $2,495 worth of gift cards in ‘flim-flam scheme’

Authorities believe these are the same suspects that allegedly committed a similar crime at another Office Depot in Richmond. The three men involved allegedly used a "flim-flam scheme" at the register, and gave instructions during the transaction to confuse and distract the employees.
