Tractor-trailer crash causes delays on I-95 North in Chesterfield County

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 North is causing delays in Chesterfield County on Tuesday morning.
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) first reported the crash in the morning on Tuesday, Oct. 28, at mile marker 67 on I-95 North.
VDOT said the north left shoulder, left lane and center lane are closed following the crash, resulting in a four-mile-long backup at one point.
As of 7:19 a.m., the north right shoulder is closed. The scene was marked clear shortly before 8 a.m.
