Tractor-trailer crash shuts down all southbound lanes on I-95 in Chesterfield

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- All southbound lanes are closed on a section of Interstate 95 in Chesterfield County Tuesday afternoon due to a tractor-trailer crash.
At around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, the Virginia Department of Transportation reported that all southbound lanes were closed near Route 288 at mile marker 63 due to a tractor-trailer crash.
As of the time of reporting, there are three miles of traffic backups. Drivers are advised to use an alternative route to avoid delays.
