Two suspects allegedly steal packages from mail room of Chesterfield apartment complex

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Two suspects allegedly broke into the package room of an apartment complex in Chesterfield and stole multiple packages, prompting a police investigation.

At 4:18 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6, officers with the Chesterfield County Police Department received a report that two suspects broke into a package room at an apartment complex in the 300 block of Karl Linn Drive.

Police said the suspects damaged the door and stole multiple packages.

According to officials, one suspect was described as being a man wearing an orange jacket, a black graphic t-shirt, white sweatpants, work boots and black Nike gloves.

The second suspect was described as being a man, possibly wearing a white jacket, police said.

Officials continue to investigate. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
