HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Henrico County officials shared information about the county's effort to respond to water service impacts related to a broken water main in Richmond at a press conference on Friday morning.
County Manager John Vithoulkas and Public Utilities Director Bentley Chan were joined by other leaders to provide updates and answer questions from journalists shortly after 10:30 a.m.
