RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Abigail Spanberger will be sworn into office as Virginia's 75th governor on Saturday. She will be the first woman to hold the position in the history of the commonwealth.
The inauguration ceremony is scheduled to begin at noon -- with special coverage previewing the event beginning on the free WRIC+ Smart TV app at 11:30 a.m.
