RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Stormtracker 8 Meteorologist Jacqueline Waters was in the WRIC NOW livestreaming studio today to talk about how to prepare for cold weather and the difference between freeze warnings and frost advisories. The criteria for a freeze warning is a forecast of low temperatures that are at or below 32 degrees. For a frost advisory, the forecasted low temperatures need to be between 33 degrees and 36 degrees with conditions of clear skies and light winds.
