30-year-old Chesterfield woman dead, romantic partner facing murder charge after stabbing

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A 30-year-old Chesterfield County woman is dead and her romantic partner is facing a murder charge after a Monday afternoon stabbing.

Just after 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 2, officers with the Chesterfield County Police Department were called to the 7500 block of Route 1 for a reported death investigation.

When they arrived, officers found 30-year-old Dilma Nineth Bamaca Cinto, who had been stabbed to death. Police have since charged 30-year-old Miguel Angel Cinto Yoc with her second-degree murder.

Both Bamaca Cinto and Cinto Yoc lived together at a home in the 7500 block of Route 1. Police confirmed they were in a romantic relationship -- however, it's not yet known whether or not the two were legally married.
