34-year-old victim identified in shooting on Hull Street Road

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond Police Department has identified the victim in the Hull Street Road shooting on Saturday.
At around 8:57 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 27, officers with the Richmond Police Department responded to the 2700 block of Hull Street Road for a reported domestic disturbance.
The call was updated to a shooting call shortly after, per police.
When officers arrived on scene, they found 34-year-old Porshia Williams of Richmond, who was unresponsive inside the building.
Williams suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene, per police.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
Police said they are trying to locate a man who they believe was at the scene.
