55-year-old man identified as victim of two-vehicle crash in Henrico County
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A 55-year-old man has been identified by police as the victim who died after a two-vehicle crash in Henrico County Thursday afternoon.
The man was identified by the Henrico County Police Division as 55-year-old Brian Hill of the county's Glen Allen area.
At around 2:13 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, Henrico Police officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at Pemberton Road near Bohollow Drive.
When officers arrived, they found two vehicles that had collided head-on. Hill was found inside a Mazda 3 with life-threatening injuries, after which he was taken to a local hospital, where police said he died.
A woman driving a Porsche Cayenne, which was involved in the crash, was also taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said the preliminary investigation indicates that Hill was heading north on Pemberton Road when he crossed over into oncoming traffic, hitting the Porsche, which was heading south.
Investigators are still reportedly working to determine the cause of the crash.
