59-year-old man missing out of Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A 59-year-old man was reported missing out of Richmond on Saturday evening, prompting Virginia State Police and the Richmond Police Department to ask for public help in locating him.

According to state police, 59-year-old Kevin F. Moody was last seen on Saturday, March 8 at around 6 a.m. in the 3400 block of Chamberlayne Avenue.

Moody, seen below, is described by police as a Black man standing at 5 foot 5 inches. He was potentially wearing a green/grey knit hat, brown jacket and blue jeans when he was last seen.

Authorities said that the agency investigating his disappearance have determined that he "poses a credible threat to [his] health and safety."
