Alabama Shakes to rock Richmond for a good cause

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- American rock band Alabama Shakes will light up Richmond's Allianz Amphitheater for a good cause in spring 2026.
The show will kick off at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2026, with doors set to open two hours prior.
Alabama Shakes is a GRAMMY award-winning band best known for its album "Boys & Girls" and its hit single "Hold On." The group initially formed in 2009, went on hiatus in 2018 and recently reunited in 2024.
Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 19. They can be purchased here.

According to Ticketmaster, $1 of every ticket sale will be donated to the Alabama Shakes Fund, which is "built to provide much-needed resources to nonprofits around the country who need it the most."
